I'm from Syria, and guys - well, in the government dominated parts - are using dating apps, setting up dates, metting, having sex, and no one is bothering them despite internet and phone censorship being more strict than ever.
Actually, not even 5 of the countries you named are as bad as you think.
Life is more than just sex tho. Can they have a normal relationship like anyone else? Can they walk down the street without getting attacked by strangers? Can they grow old together? etc.
