or even white people calling each other cracker or white trash in an endearing way
hell, even gay people dont call each other ****** or **** in a friendly way and they've tried to reclaim it.
and even if some people in these cultures do, the general consensus is that these words are discriminatory

why do people want to reclaim a word that was used to demean them. If anything the word should keep its status as a derogatory word that way you dont run into issues like this, where one culture is offended at another for using a word that they shouldnt even though the culture complaining has turned the word into a term of endearment.

if black people treated the n word like it is meant to be treated (as a derogatory slur) then the rest of the world would know to never use because it would still have its status as a racist word but other countries who dont know american history and just see the word being used on social media and in media such as music and movies, its no wonder they use the word as well

TLDR; its not good to reclaim words because its not possible to police the language of everyone in the word when there are numerous factors that complicated the use of the word
