I personally despise every single Youtube cover I have heard. I honestly cringe. Always. The vocal effects. The interpretations. The videos. Everything is so overdone. Even ****ing acoustic covers are always over-the-top.
I'm usually not a hater - I have yet to find an artist (used by ATRL) that I can't stand,
but I loathe those.

There's one Youtuber that's white, gay (?), and he released a single awhile ago that was just trashy and generic. I'm trying to remember him. And it wasn't Troye.

Most of them are very try hard. You can tell that most of them really believe they're the new Justin Bieber who'll get famous from YouTube but then you realize that one day they'll turn 35 and notice that they're still doing pub gigs covering other (famous) people's songs on the guitar and writing really groundbreaking love songs
