Of course they are. They want clicks. The professional ones like Rolling Stone are mentioning all the facts and TMZ and the like are presenting random documents without telling the full story.
Like posting part of her 2011 court case, but leaving out the rest of the more telling information, like when they brought up Kesha accusing Luke of unlawful acts in 2005.
