yo I randomly found + installed this program called f.lux on my computer and it's so cute. It's a thing that changes the color/tint/brightness of your computer screen and eliminates the uglee blue lights that hurt your eyes and now my screen is has a light orange overlay and looks like an Instagram filter.
Plus my eyes feel so nice at the moment, like I felt a difference almost instantly.
