4. She be UP in the gym… singing (because Bey told her to).
A while back, Beyoncé divulged her secret to on-stage stamina that won’t quit. Wanna know what it is? BET YOU DO. These women literally belt out vocal exercises while RUNNING ON A TREADMILL to build performance endurance. Stars, y’all. They’re nothing like us.
6. In order to produce an album of 10 good tracks, she had to write, like, 100.
And, yes, she meets with Beyoncé about her songs. They make final edits together.
7. She’s a super private person, despite the fact that she’s in the spotlight.
B taught Sophie that she doesn’t have to answer any media questions that make her uncomfortable or pry into her personal life.
The fact that Bey is actually taking the time to develop the artists she signs and not just throwing them out there.
Can't wait to see what she's done with Chloe & Halle.

The Atlanta born ingénues are as talented as they are winsome and seem destined for stardom. This is one of the reasons the Grammy winning wife, mother and superstar encouraged the Baileys—Chloe is 17 and Halle is 15—to keep rocking their lovely locs and to be authentic.
“She said, ‘Don’t look down at the comments’ and be yourselves,'” says Chloe, while attending the recent ESSENCE Black Women in Music pre-Grammys event in Hollywood. The Baileys, who now live in Los Angeles, started off acting in movies like 2006’s Last Holiday, but gained fame as preteens singing on YouTube. “[Beyoncé] always says, ‘stay true to yourselves.’”
“Beyoncé accepts us for who we are and we love our hair and she loves our hair,” Halle adds. “She also tells us not to change for anybody or anything.”
I expected no less from Queen. Sophie Beem has such potential. You look at her and think she'd make Lorde-sounding music but she actually makes urban bops w/ a voice like hers. That's different. Can't wait to see what she does w/ those 2 little girls.
Wait omg it just hit me who her girls are.. They're the two sisters who did that fantastic cover of PH that I was obsessed with like a week or two after ST dropped.
I imagine Bey to be a phenomal mentor. She found Rih and saw immediate potential, she has proven to have an eye and ear for potential stars. Can't wait what Sophia and the siblings have in store for us. Bey is going to make sure to use her connections to give them the most amazing platforms. I'm so proud of Bey and how far she's come.
Yesterday I actually watched some interviews by Chloe&Halle and you can actually tell they are in media training and stuff. They way they talk is so beyond their ages while still maintaining that innocence. It's quite fascinating.
