Its no physical proof she was raped , you're correct. However, this proves that she did not just make this up because Warrior flopped and she wanted out of her contract , like A LOT of people automatically assume.

Theses accusations have been floating around for YEARS. So everyone calling her a liar because she waited so long to say something can now shut up.

All of these allegations go on way before she even had the slightest bit of success. The only thing is they made this situation really PUBLIC now after all the years, because Kesha had no other alternative.

Therefore, if you still need more proof to believe a woman who put her entire career at risk, and is crying out to be free from the man she's been trying to run from for over a decade, YOU ARE STUPID AF.

Really cute how this thread gets little attention too. And the thread exposing Luke even further. And the thread about Kesha's statement.

However Luke tweets he didnt rape her, and everyone RAN in that thread claiming they believe him , and changing their minds about being on Kesha's side.

Sorry if I'm ranting. Im just so angry for Kesha and Ive been reading too many hateful comments all over the web.

People are desperate to prove she wanted out because Warrior flopped.
Reading this ruins that case, and helps Kesha's case significantly.

I have theory that Luke made Kesha lie during the 2011 case because her career was at its peak back then and maybe that was the only reason why she agreed to lie in court ... I mean if I was having the best career moment in my life and was treathened by someone I would lie too ..m but I guess she couldnt handle it anymore poor girl, she went anorexic after Luke called her fat, went to rehab and was abused by him for more than 10 years

I don't think Kesha was doing it for the money, he had the power to keep her under his contract which would ruin her career.

But after Warrior she couldn't keep all fun and games anymore because it was ruining her health, and mental state. So she caved in.

And he'd rather keep himself locked in his home, than drop Kesha who will cost him more money to keep because artists are allowed studio time at the labels expense. But Kesha will refuse to make him an album.

Luke supporters still haven't found this thread. Truly sad

Just another piece of the puzzle. She's talked about this incident in great detail so many times, it's clear she's not making it up. She never changes the story. She even wrote these songs about throwing up in Paris Hilton's Closet after Luke gave her the "sober pills" at Nicky Hilton's birthday.



Notice the "I don't recall at all" lyric in Paris Hilton's Closet, referencing how she woke up the next morning and couldn't remember anything, and the explicit language (****ed up) in the demo of PAARDH as apposed to "drunk" in the final, which implies she was more than just drunk.

They found it They just don't have anything to say against it

I absolutely believe she's telling the truth, but it is kinda scary how so many people are attacking Dr Luke on social media platforms when there is so little actual evidence.

I repeat, because people will choose to ignore it, that I do believe Kesha.

Well tbh, she didn't really report the rape.
In her deposition in 2011, they questionned her about possible sexual advances from Dr. Luke towards Kesha and if they had an intimate relationship and if they made out on a plane...well basically.
However, she did imply to her then manager David Sonenberg from DAS that there was something fishy and unethical in that relationship, mostly due to Luke's actions.
And according to Kesha's lawsuit and Pebe's claims in Billboard, Kesha had told her mother that she thought Dr. Luke had raped her.

A beyond tragic situation.

She reported that Luke made unlawful acts against her. It doesn't really matter what it was, it was classed as unlawful.

But that isn't how criminal cases work, if there is ANY doubt whatsoever, you cannot convict
