No the baby is definitely covering it, the dagger tattoo isn't that closely aligned with the skull tattoo. Skin can stretch and pull. And considering his number of tattoos it would surprise me if he was lazering of some of them off.
I don't believe this report, TMZ is super anti women especially in custody cases.
