I try to treat everyone with respect (I'm one of those "Senior Members" by age but not website longevity). However if I see disrespectful behavior regardless of the ages of those involved I will call them out. I don't like to see anyone on here trashing someone else.

I respect people it they're worthy of respect. Not because of the date they joined an internet forum.
