As much as Nate Ruess says Luke is evil, he forced her to sing something, blah blah blah, the court will just go back to their contract which clearly states that Kesha is legally obligated to do what Luke says.
Then bringing it back to the judge effectively declining her request due to Sony's claim that she is free to record w/o Luke. It's not true; and we know it's not.
But surely that's their killer blow at the moment? Wayne Coyne should really speak up about what happened during the Lip$ha process when it gets to trial.
In a perfect world this would happen this week:
Monday - news spreads of Taylor's donation
Tuesday - other members of Taylor force tweet Kesha
Wednesday - Kesha posts to social, thanking her fans and those who have supported her. She then tweets Taylor a thank you etc.
Thursday - Taylor replies and/ or writes an open letter to Sony or just comments/ indirects the situation
Friday - the protest happens, makes the news
Saturday/ Sunday - Sony drops her
Monday - X
Tuesday - ugh
Wednesday - X statement came. Adele publicly supported her at the Brit awards. Wayne suggested about leaking Lipsha or a song. Rolling stone article about the likely hood of Kesha being dropped
Thursday - ???

I really hope Sony realise that they'll lose money by keeping Kesha captive and it's smarter to force Luke to drop her and to sever all ties with Luke. He can get a job at Taco Bell or something.
