Well that is not at all what happened here, so it’s a different discussion completely. It is a trickier situation as oral sex can be both grouped as sexual assault (unwanted sexual contact: kissing, touching, etc.) as well as rape (unwanted sex).

This situation was penetrate sex, and went so far that she had to be woken up in order to clean herself. It wasn't playful touching between someone and their longtime partner whose personality is generally known and who in your above situation would be woken up/surprised and then available to give full consent, it was a full on unconscious completed sexual act.
