Well, Lipsha was meant to be released by The Flaming Lips as a collaboration with Kesha, but Luke didn't allow it. The only track that saw the light of the day was Past Lives as the last bonus track on Warrior.
So releasing it without Luke consent would lead to a(nother) legal battle, since Kesha is allowed to work with other producers but she isn't allowed to release ANYTHING without Luke's approval, even if it's not directly related to her.
