I don't think a politician should be weighing in on this matter without knowing all the facts. The court has ruled and the judge knows more than anything we do.

I wouldn't be surprised if Joe Biden said something about this case next since he's introducing TiHTY and started the Violence Against Women act when he was in the senate - so this definitely in the area of causes he's passionate about.
