Oddly enough Republican voters are often poor and lower class. There's a reason why the South is primarily Republican, it's a cultural tradition. Hispanics aren't just Mexican despite them making a majority of that groups demographics. Other Hispanics like Cubans are more likely to be Republican. Two of the front runners for the party are of Cuban decent. And why would they care? Cubans tend to be well off, have there own property, conservative and white. You also have to remember there were Mexicans here before the Mexican American war and much like Cubans tend to be more conservative, well off and white.
Yes, the majority of recent Mexican Hispanics will not vote for Trump. But the others like Cubans for sure will. If not him, the other Republicans candidates will do fine.
And as I said before Obama mentioned that Trump is gunning for the lowest denominator the people who tend to be poor, uneducated, and extremely conservative. The same people that likely voted for Reagan. The blue collar workers.
