That doesn't change the fact that they took a piece of art and put it in their own game without first checking if they needed to credit the artists or if it was in the public domain. That's plagiarism. That's stealing.
If this was an isolated incident, I wouldn't care. But this isn't the first time ND has been called out for using images in their games without permission.
not the first time ND has stolen from others (stolen map and Ellen Page's likeness both appear in TLOU) so I'm not really surprised.
