The problem with spin offs is people get disappointed that it isn't the exact same as the original. It's not going to be the same. Plus the typical "bring back the entire cast for the pilot then hardly see them for the rest of the season" bait and switch doesn't help to manage people's expectations.
Why this even happened in the first place is beyond me. Leave the classics alone.
The way people scream "bring this show back!!1" is so incredibly annoying.
It looks cute, critics clearly aren't here for the new generation's Full House.
