This isn't completely new "news" but the video is, plus footage from Pebe Sebert's deposition. The footage is from 2011, 5 to 6 years after Kesha alleges Dr Luke drugged and raped her.

The press is just starting to report on the video. The interest in the video is that if Dr Luke did allegedly rape Kesha in 2005 or 2006, both Kesha and her mother lied under oath to cover it up in 2011, which is obstruction of justice and can carry jail penalty. If Kesha and Pebe were telling the truth in 2011, then it clears Dr Luke of the alleged rape. It's Catch-22 for Team Kesha, which is why the video is damning and likely to be subject to hundreds of behavioral experts.

I don't get how it's 'too edited', the cuts are clearly shown and it's not like they mismatched questions and answers.

Hopefully the truth comes out eventually, from whichever side it may be.
