Umbrella and Diamonds.
WFL is good too, but the majority of her number one singles are really meh to me. No real impact, just quick little microwave pop singles.
They haven't aged well.

Umbrella is still, by far, the pinnacle of her discography and everything she has released since is a cockroach compared to that song.
But it's honestly such a good pinnacle to have, I still love that song to bits.
