Most rape doesn't go reported. A portion of rape that happens isn't even recognised by the victim until years after it happens.

Yes, Ke$ha she swore under oath that Dr. Luke didn't sexually assault her but some of her fans dismiss it saying thing like, "she was under duress" when she said it.

Based on this alone, she's either lying now like Luke is saying or she's guilty of perjury in 2011. Either way, doesn't look great for her, imo.

Even then, just let her go. Why force her to make money for you? Becky G is about to blow up.

She really isn't entitled to the copyrights to her music given that she agreed to give them to Luke/Sony when she signed her deal, probably for a publishing advance like many artists do. This really doesn't look good on her, it'll make it seem more like her case is based on a contract dispute from the judge's point of view

She doesn't want to be signed to Kemosabe because it is Dr. Luke's label.

This is misleading. They say she is free to record with other producers - but she is still bound to Dr. Luke's record label. She would still be subjected to who knows what.

Like I said, its a horrible situation. However the facts do not lie. I was sexually assaulted at my old job and i quit immediately and moved on to something else. I dont have sympathy for someone who stayed in an abusive relationship (and made more money than i will in my entire lifetime)

Did she really sign the contract AFTER being abused? If so, she can't say now, that she wants out because of the abuse. That doesn't make sense.

This really puts everything in perspective. She had a choice back then but as long as hits were coming everything was fine?

See people haven't even looked into the case before running to bash Luke. She has sworn under oath. She has no case now and #FreeKesha will either make them more harsh on her or drop her and I bet no other label will pick her up after this.

I feel like he should just let her go. Let her buy herself out of her contract and they both move on. I'm still neutral as to whether he actually raped her though.
