Yes I worded it wrong, there can't be 100% evidence. But we surely need more evidence than this. There are things that are indicative of him being abusive to women, alright, but some allegations by Kesha's camp have also been denied. And with her speaking out on it after so long, it becomes kinda doubtful and it's not that unconvincing that any sexual relationship she might have had with Luke was at one point consensual..I do believe that women are indeed victims in majority of such cases, but in some cases men also get screwed over
