The perception of guilt alone makes him a major liability. So the real damage is going to be the industry simply not trusting him, and not wanting to risk another suit. He should have released Kesha QUIETLY. Too late now, he looks like a rapist either way, even if Kesha ultimately loses.

I agree with this.
He's been pretty quiet in the charts the last two years, for a super-producer like him, it's quite telling. His sound in itself has been overused but this Kesha case was a major blow for his reputation. And now everyone is aware of it. He's going to have a hard time, I wouldn't like to be him right now tbh.
He could still come back in a few years but this case has ruined his reputation forever.
