This is my point exactly.
I can feel bad for her being locked into a contract with someone she no longer wants to work with, and if her allegations are true, she's effectively shackled to the company that enabled her abuser. but being as unbiased as possible, there isn't really any cards stacked in her favor other than her own testimony. And being as unibiased as possible, it isn't fair to convict someone as a rapist, defame them, and walk away breaking a $60 million contract based off of unproven allegations.
