I think you're being pessimistic. I believe in change. If you want to change your metabolism and eating habits, you can make it happen. This whole "fat gene" culture is deadly 4 society. I believe in change too but I think when it comes to people losing weight it's not as simple as just giving up food. Some of these people are genuinely addicted to food and cannot stop themselves
If it was as easy as you're making it sound, you wouldn't get people so fat that they need nurses to come over to their haus just to bathe them
