Thank you! For some reason the whole 'innocent until proven guilty' thing that the entire legal system is based on has gotten thrown out the window. If she has no evidence, Dr.Luke cannot be thrown in jail and she can't be released from the contract. What is the point in having contracts if you can just go to court and get out of it?

I really don't Kanye know who to believe anymore. In any case, Dr Luke shouldn't be vilified or considered guilty without some proof. That's a serious accusation. The whole thing is disgusting : one might be a rapist and one might accuse an innocent. I hope the innocent party triumphs.

Ugh. So tragic how the justice system is so stacked against victims of sexual abuse.
