Kesha. She doesn't get enough credit tbh. Animal is a fantastic pop album (except for 2 songs), Cannibal is almost uniformly great, and even Warrior has mostly bops on it. Katy has good singles and the rest is filler.
Edit: I'm re-listening to Kesha's music now, and I forgot how much I loved each album. Blind, Dancing With Tears In My Eyes, and The Harold Song kill me.
