The return of HTGAWM was a little messy but that doesn't mean anything. I know what the show is capable of and what they can deliver. Scandal, however, has been on a decline for a while. It's a shame since that show used to be the sh*t. Grey's Anatomy will always reign supreme.

Plus Viola Davis kept whispering and I didn't understand what she was saying (there was no subtitles) so I gave up.
