I suck at mazes. Plus either printing it out or putting it into a Paint-like software and then uploading to Imgur would be too much of a time waster. All of the other challenges (except for the crossword, which is required) can just be done in a PM.
Honestly if I were in the finale, I probably wouldn't be thinking about which one to skip from a strategic standpoint and I'd just skip whichever one I was slightly delayed on
