I've seen like 5 guys in my life with "ideal US bodies" outside of the Internet. Very few men actually care about having a six pack. It just seems like a lot because people who go to the gym and have those bodies want you to know about it so they're always showing off and telling you they're going to the gym.
Lol where do you live? Most my friends have even better six packs than the U.S. model here
