2.) For legality purposes, to make your case, you have to have proof. I understand what you're saying, but a judge isn't going to side with her unless there is proof her music career will be sabotaged. I think this specific judge didn't agree that was proven, and ultimately ruled against her.
Had she had documented cases of abuse, proof, witnesses, others who have been abused come forward, it could have turned out much differently.
SO, what's next for her? What does she do now?
