Well, I believe 1989 is Taylor's peak but prior to that album it was Fearless.

I'm not really sure what Rihanna's peak is, probably Good Girl Gone Bad, but I'm gonna have the say Rihanna did feel 'bigger' during her peak. She had more media presence. I was honestly surprised when I found out that album only sold about 3 million.

After 2012 I'm not sure who is more relevant in the US seeing as how I no longer live there. 👀
