My first phone (that I used for a day at an amusement park) was my brother's old Motorola Razr.

I then got a Samsung Solstice, which was a free phone anyway.

My next phone, a 16GB iPhone 5C, was purchased by me under a 2-year contract.

My current phone is my dad's 32GB 5C he's loaning me until I get a new phone.

So I guess technically no, but it's not like I'm getting top-of-the-line iPhones from them. They literally just gave me a larger version of my last phone and let me borrow another phone one day so that doesn't even count

Yes, but the company I work for reimbursed most of the cost, because I use it for work.
They also pay the contract for calls and a reasonable amount of data (but not enough to stream all day).
