Okay, here's the thing about rape cases in the United States.
Very few go to trial because either there isn't enough evidence collected at the time of the rape or the victim is afraid to come forth.
Kesha's case making it to court means that there was some kind of evidence to substantiate what she was saying.
And this idea that an accused rapist is innocent because a judge/jury said so, is gross.
