I don't think so. Considering the cuts of Apple, retailers, Sony and the other writers, I don't think Ke$ha has fully paid Luke enough to get his $60M back.

I like how people think Dr. Luke had 60 million dollars in the mid- to late 2000s to invest on anybody. Yeah, he had Avril and Kelly and a handful of others, but he's not a super-producer like David Foster or somebody with decades of hits. Anybody who believes Luke put up 60 million of his, the label's, or anyone's money is deluding themselves so much, it's not funny.
