I hope that she wins because rape is no joke. And even if she doesn't, God already ended Doctor Luke's career (he can't produce hits anymore). In a way, Kesha won already.

Ke$hit is probably lying about the rape, but we know Luke is controlling and possessive. She is standing up for the rights and creative/personal freedom of women in the music industry, which we know can easily be taken away.
