What happens if she loses at this point though? Will Sony literally force her kicking and screaming to record?

She would be stuck with Luke and after this mess forbid her of ever releasing again.

She's only able to release records with Luke's permission and as she refuses to work with Luke, it means no more music. After all of this, even if she wanted to go back to working with Luke (which she never would), I'm sure he wouldn't work with her. So she'll be in musical limbo.

Assuming she does lose (which I pray to god that doesn't happen) if she decided to cave and record with Luke again, he'll have to or else HE'LL be breaching the contract (similar to Jojo's case)

That being said, he could just supply her with horrible material.

Yeah there's just no way she would ever work him again. Like it's not like "oh well, back to work with my rapist who'll make life a living hell AND give me the SHITTIEST beats ever."
