Let's not forget that this change only took place during AHS.

Oh, and that time during AHS when she tagged her plastic surgeon in her photo with syringe emojis.

Also her chin is much more prominent now.

She sometimes gets injections in her face and lips (which I wish she'd stop bc she looks better without them) but she hasn't ever gotten a nose job or other, under the knife work. There are pictures you can find over the span of her career or her looking different ways due to makeup. Besides, we literally don't have a time period long enough since 2008 without pictures of her....we would have seen her bandaged/bruised/healing/etc if she did have surgery.

The only really obvious thing I see is the rhinoplasty and the awful awful lip filler.

She's probably taking corticosteroids at intervals for her Lupus which cause a person's face to be round....Cushing's syndrome.....she uses contouring and tape to shape her face....I think when she does get plastic surgery it will be much more drastic than these temporary alterations....

We all know she gets fillers. That's been common knowledge for several years now.

When it comes to her cheeks... it's called losing weight? I'm not sure what you can even have done to your cheeks lol.

BTW was never a deliberate message. She said herself it was about changing yourself/being reborn as much as you want until you find the person you want to. You'd think the horns she sported at the beginning of the era would have been a huge clue as to it not being a literal thing.

Do you have comparison photos and also an explanation of when she could have had a rhinoplasty despite being seen every single week since 2008 without bruising?

That plastic surgeon in particular specializes in non-surgical procedures, so she might have gotten laser fat removal or a non-surgical cheek lift.
