I know people who say yes to plans but ultimately cancel or hope the plans are cancelled, are you one of those people?

I've only done it once but even in the past week, 3 people have cancelled on me last minute and asked to reschedule but cancelling last minute annoys me so much (since they've done it before) that I don't feel the effort to see them again

No, i cancel at least 3 days before unless an emergency comes up. and even when its an emergency, i push it back a couple of hours rather than outright cancelling
