I just I got promoted and moved up higher in my job

At first I told her No because I'm scared lol (It's a HUGE responsibility) but the raise was good and I have the weekends off.

No promotions are so far and few to come by. I couldn't really get promoted in my role, I'd have to go do something totally different. Dead end.

Congratulations! I've been promoted several times in my job, but last year was probably the biggest. There's so much responsibility, but I love what I do, so it ain't that bad at all.

Adaptation is a scary period. Any advice?

My boss told me that if I have ANY questions, to call her. She told me that there is no dumb question. I can rely on her instead of sitting at my desk anxious if I don't know how to do something
