It is. But that's because the quality of Loud is just so above and beyond that a great pop song like Complicated is the worst on the album. It's like being the ugliest Kardashian sister. You're still hotter than most other people.

Some of y'all saying Skin, What's My Name, and Fading.
Especially when the former is one of the best songs in her discography.
The album as a whole is pretty flawless. Sure some songs are weaker than the rest but they're still not completely unlistenable.
