Some of you are so unbelievably annoying and irritating for no reason I swear. I'm just surprised at my fave's album seeing a decent sales boost, what do the "5 million copies" have to do with that ? Where did I mention it in my first post ?

See Chris Stapleton after the CMAs. Nobody knew who he was, so a lot of people checked him out and bought his album.

There aren't that many people that don't know 1989 by now and Kendrick is pretty much in the middle of 1989 and Chris Stapleton. Not that well known to the GP, but also not completely unknown.

I know. I was actually thinking about Daft Punk (my other faves) who were also at 900k before they won aoty (and two additional awards on television) and yet only sold 30k afterwards. I was actually surprised that Kendrick could see that kind of increase too, in spite of not winning that award
