I already told you the other day that you need an actual touchscreen to begin with. Just because there is a tablet mode it doesn't mean your regular screen will magically turn into a touchscreen

Use the "ctrl + alt + supr" and click on task manager, under the details tab find & kill the "explorer.exe" process. Then in the same window go to "File menu > New task" & type "explorer.exe" to restart the explorer.
see its happening again and I can't find explorer.exe in it

Oh I forgot, the first time you run task manager it shows you a redux version, you need to click on "more details" to open the full version where you'll see the "details" tab.

That happens to me too, I simply unlock my taskbar and then move it around so I can drag that window and then return the taskbar where it belongs.

I did not expect to find such a funny post in this thread
Windows 10 ****ed up my laptop majorly. Everyone I know has had problems upgrading to 10. It lost every piece of information I ever had, when I turn it on it won't go past this black screen with writing on it, which I cannot remember what it says. It was almost like a giant virus happened within the month I had it. It slowly ****ed up. I had problems the second I had it

I mean, I wasn't even try to be funny I did tell that user that he/she needed a touchcreen in another thread:

I don't want to make a new thread but I also have a question. I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 and there is supposed to be a tablet mode. But screen isn't responding to my touch. How do I get it to work?
