I wouldn't consider Body Heat to be that raunchy as I know she's talking about having sex, but with Cologne it's more direct "Every time I think about you, I can feel my hand give in" means that she's masturbating, she's also completely naked while she's wearing his cologne and thinking of him while she does so.
