Vent time: Why am I so underwhelmed by this era? Is it because she hasn't performed any ANTI tracks live yet? Or is it because she was sitting on certain tracks like Higher for a while, but didn't give them a proper rollout (second verse, bridge, etc.)? If you count James' Joint, Yeah, I Said It, Higher, and Goodnight Gotham as interludes, we really only have 10 tracks on standard (12 on deluxe) and some of them feel incomplete or lazy (Desperado and Close To You). I guess I'm just let down after such a long wait.... I love the album, but I would definitely consider Rated R or Unapologetic as a stronger and more cohesive LP overall.
Also, I better get my wig glue for this next point: I think ANTI is an album full of filler tracks (with the exception of obvious single choices Kiss It Better and Love on the Brain), but is being labeled as artistic. Example: I think Question Existing is a beautiful and somewhat experimental (in comparison to Umbrella and Don't Stop The Music) track, but that doesn't mean it isn't filler. The same could be said for tracks like Same Ol' Mistakes or Needed Me. Absolutely love both tracks, but they're very similar to something like Drunk On Love or Numb. All amazing tracks, but they just kind of seem like filler tracks.

You dragged her much harder than me. The album got boring after 2 weeks. And now I only listen to KIB and Higher. The fact that she put Higher and GG as interludes. The best songs on the album she didnt even finished them to the half.

She's a mess for choosing a cover to put it on her long awaited album. I mean, don't get me wrong, I LOVE Same Ol' Mistakes, but she could have at least added more songs on the album, but instead we got Goodnight Gotham in the deluxe edition. A pointless loop of a half song.

For me, I still play most of the songs.
Pose>>>>> my gay self refuses to stop listening to the song
But songs like Needed Me and Yeah, I Said It got pretty old for me.
Plus, songs that I don't see myself getting tired of are: Kiss It Better, Consideration, Work, Woo ( I really love it and I'm actually surprised because I disliked it when Anti came out), Pose & Higher.

After weeks I can say that this album is my favourite after RR  I'm so proud!!!
She needs to show the album's songs as love on the brain,kiss it better,ecc!
Can't wait for the setlist of the tour!

They seem filler. You know what I mean. Like could have been better. KIB,  is the only song that keeps my stanning for her alive. This album could have been brilliant if that was the path.

I actually consider songs as fillers like Higher/James Joint (due its shortness), Goodnight Gotham, Sex With Me (I still don't know how I feel about the song. I mean, we already have a sassy sexy songs a la Pose in the DE) & Desperado ? (I feel like it's Woo's ugly sis, lol, and I could have lived without it being on the album).

I still can't get over the fact that Higher is only 2 minutes, i still hate her for that.
We kept hearing rumors of her still searching for a first single, when it was under her nose for a full year
Higher could've been a perfect first single, the melody is really strong, the chorus is catchy as ****, her voice just needed some polishing and that's it: a worldwide smash.

Oh my god. This, this, this. I wouldn't even need the album if Higher was a full song. It's just so great and perfect.
