There was no solid proof against Casey Anthoney, O.J Simpson even though a lot of the evidence against them was near solid/substantial etc.
You need evidence so that there is no reasonable doubt that Luke is guilty. Kesha's evidence (or lack thereof) doesn't come close to that standard.
What you're saying simply proves that Kesha is screwed.
Do not make such unforgivable comparisons.
