Yeah it is flamebait. You knew what you were doing fans all over the world were begging for her tour. Her fans have been deprived of a proper tour and obviously they were here for it. If more people knew too, they'd probably buy tickets to see her. She's associated with a lot of nostalgia and Hilary would probably perform some classics.

Hilary could sell out Hammersmith Apollo here in London.

She just comes across as someone who wants to keep her status as a celebrity and likes music, so she makes an album because she can...not because she's got a passion for it. She's not that talented in the music department either. I like her a lot as an actress, but she should just give up the music stuff.

I don't agree with this at all, she was passionate about making Breathe In Breathe Out. She really didn't have to return to music at all, so it obviously means something to her. Also she wouldn't have taken like a year and half to record BIBO and taken that time away from Luca to be in the studio.

I feel like she says this now, but I can eventually see her touring again.

It definitely isn't flamebait. Hillary Duff literally cannot go on even a US arena tour without massively going into debt. There's no way she could tour globally and turn a reasonable profit.
