I think the full list of artists that have won AOTY more than once as a lead artist consists of:
Stevie Wonder (3)
Frank Sinatra (3)
Paul Simon (3; two solo, once as Simon & Garfunkel)
John Lennon (2; one as The Beatles, one with Yoko Ono)
George Harrison (2; one as The Beatles, one solo)
U2 (2)
Taylor Swift (2)
You can maybe add in Bob Dylan and Eric Clapton, as well. Both won once as a solo artist and once for George Harrison's collaborative album (for which they and several others are, for some reason, credited as main artists).
