The whole thing reminded me of her "Love Don't Cost a Thing" perfomance @ the AMA's back in 2001 which is one of my favorite performances of hers.

& let's pray she doesn't lmao. I still have some hope for this project, so far Epic is doing an A+ job with the promo (it was just announced today she's performing on Dick Clark's New Years Eve Special) and the song goes to iTunes next week.

The main problem is radio won't get behind her like they used too. "Louboutins" is moving WAY TOO SLOW.
Hopefully the next single will fare better on radio. Afterall things can't possibly get any worse than the messy 'Brave' era

Nah, but I see what your saying. I'm hoping the iTunes release will help some and the optimistic stan in me wants to say the song will take off at radio in January.

If anything they'll just move on to the next single, she said there's gonna be 3 singles b4 the album (no clue if she's counting FOTO though).

But you can tell she really wants this and the label is going all out. I'm noticing so much more effort this time around and the album isn't even out yet.

I liked the boxing theme to a certain extent.... but it had nothing to do with the song. And the jump was so pointless. And the "wardrobe change" at the end came too late.

But yeah, I want her to do good. She deserves to do good. She HAS talent, but this song isn't going to pick up (the general public can't relate to it cause "we" can't afford Louboutins.... we're in a recession LOL), therefore her album will flop.

I, for one, am gonna buy her album despite the stupid title "LOVE????"

Yea, the jump was pretty pointless though the fall gave her some extra media attention that she really needed just to get ppl talking about her again.

& if "Louboutins" doesn't pick up hopefully the next single will.
The album won't be out till March-April (to coincide with her new movie) so there's plenty of time to get a decent-sized hit in before the album.

As for the title, it is pretty ridiculous ... 'On the 6' was her only creative album title IMO.
