I'm white and pretty pale since I live in Canada where it's cold and dark for half the year.
But because I'm of Spanish/Italian descent in the summer months I tan a nice brown!
So I'm pretty happy
Of course, white people always compliment me on how they want to tan enough to be at my complexion. I avoid a lot of sun though because I do tan darker and faster. No one actually guesses what ethnicity I am which is awesome, I'm an exotic mystery waiting to be unraveled.
I feel guilty for admitting this though
