Tbh I dont really use earphone so I dont think it would bother me, but I think its stupid if Apple decides to do that I mean have u seen how many people walk around with their earphones in? I remember the old Sony Ericcsons u had to use the charging port bit for earphones aswell. I guess theyr doing it to make more money so if the earphones break u have to get ones designed for the phone..... shame on u Apple

I'm not using my phone as an iPod so... yes, i'd buy a phone without a headphone port.

If it is the iPhone (the next one) - then the honest answer is yes because I've always got them and imo they're perfect and do everything I want so i'm not about to try and get on board with something new that I'm unfamiliar with.

A few years ago the idea of not having a headphone jack wouldve killed me - but tbh for the last year or so I actually have never used my phone for music through headphones. I mainly listen either through my laptop with headphones or in the car, I haven't used public transport for a long time now so don't really have any need for it.
