DJWS should stop teasing Gaga material if all she's going to do is post messy snippets. We don't need ARTPOP leftover right now anyway, we've been begging for them for two years, but now we don't need them. Better music is coming, we are entertained and this should remain in the past. In other words, keep it and keep working on your own.
Sounds like a fan made instrumental you see on YouTube, claiming to a be a new Gaga song with the title being a song title that was just reveled like 30 minutes prior.
Actually with vocals and a hook I don't think it would've been that bad. Kind of sounds like some random fanmade demo from the depths of youtube but I mean, not one of the more embarrassing ones.
